Our signature product is removable media with 250+ strains of malware for reverse engineering, sandboxing, or use for testing. The idea for this is that working with live malware in circulation today better prepares you for what is happening in the wild.
Stuxnet, Zeus, + and many more. If you've heard of it, it's likely here.
The malware binaries are real executables that can be run with a single mouse click, so be very careful with them. I highly recommend taking our course, SOC Analyst NOW!, to learn how to safely handle live malware.
We have numerous malware traps deployed from Moscow to Tel Aviv, and even Iranian honeypots, and some are full virtual private servers like in Washington D.C. that log live attackers and ship the logs back to our Enterprise Splunk instance, and the binaries are saved.
For a limited time, I am including 100k attacker events to load into a SIEM of your choice for practice. They're all genuine and malicious.
The 100k attacker events are in CSV format, so you can import them into any SIEM you choose and explore cool things with real-life malicious data. This is incredibly hard to find anywhere. I wouldn't be able to offer it, but I deployed a global honeynet for the SOC Analyst NOW training. The biggest challenge with learning how to SIEM on your own is finding data to work with, and we're solving this.
Every few months, I update the list of SIEM events with new attacks so that you always have fresh data to analyze.
The malware is meant to teach you how to analyze binaries like a SOC Analyst would (i.e., by uploading them to sandbox programs and dissecting what they do).
It's relatively safe, but do use your common sense.
It comes on an extremely high-quality all-metal USB drive engineered for endurance and longevity. I did a lot of R&D to find the perfect USB drive to sell with my data things here at Cyber NOW, and after many, many thumb drives, I stumbled upon this one, which is everything I wished for and even more with its fantastic versatility: it works with both USB-A and USB-C and can reach the highest speeds your device is willing to negotiate.
The case the USB drive comes in is a custom-branded Cyber NOW® case, custom-engineered and designed to be a permanent metal housing for a thumb drive, since you don't necessarily want to store hundreds of malware samples inside your laptop.
The thumb drive comes with a couple of extras that I just threw in to go above and beyond. Sometimes, when I create something to offer my Black Badgers as part of their memberships, I'll toss it onto this thumb drive. Don't expect much, it's just a stocking stuffer.
This was our first company-branded product, and it has been wildly successful, becoming our #1 product. You just can't find anything like this on the internet. Not that no one has ever thought about it; it's just that no company would take on the legal risks of selling malware.
I know the laws very well and would risk anything to help our modern-day heroes, and I'm confident a judge would see it that way when it was all laid out if I did make a mistake somewhere but it's certainly not illegal here in the United States.
Unfortunately, I do not ship this product internationally. I do not know the laws, and essentially, I would be shipping electronic weapons to foreign countries, and I would rather enjoy sleeping in my own bed. I hope you'll understand.
